After the oil reservoir has been properly drained this plastic tray can be put in place to help prevent any remaining oil from dripping into the lower cowl as you remove the side mounted engine oil filter.

Floating propeller block 8M0129072 can be used on all outboards and sterndrives to aid the removal or installation of propellers. Hands free, plastic propeller block keeps propeller from turning when removing or installing prop nuts. Easy to slip on to anti-ventilation plate to wedge one prop blade against to keep the propeller from turning.
When changing or replacing propellers, inspect your anodes for corrosion or pitting and replace as necessary. To make future propeller removal easier, coat your propeller shaft with a light application of Special Lube 101 or 2-4-C.
